Adriana Barone, an energy healer, meditation teacher, and sound practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience, will lead a transformative monthly journey blending meditation and sound healing at 9:00am on Saturday mornings—May 10, June 14, August 9, September 13, and October 11—at the Fly’s Eye Dome in the gardens of LongHouse. Surrounded by birdsong and nature, participants will be guided into a meditative state by the soothing tones of crystal healing bowls, cultivating compassionate self-awareness and releasing habitual perspectives through stillness and sound. A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Barone integrates energy medicine, craniosacral therapy, and sound healing to help individuals unlock deeper awareness and embrace possibility in the interplay of sound and silence.
